Cancellation and Refund Policy – Online/Virtual/Offline Events & Olympiads and Other Activities

All prices are in INR and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via payment gateway i.e Razorpay or online transaction in ICICI Bank Account mentioned on our website.

Changes can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the online/offline conference – so if for any reason you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague. This can be done by contacting info@tuinfomedia.com. For Olympiad once you registered, no change is possible in any case.

All tickets purchased for Online/Offline events are non-refundable. This includes tickets purchased for the Pre Conference Tutorials. Olympiad registration is non-refundable.
All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 20 (Twenty) business days of receiving cancellation request
